Terms for using Webwise VPN.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Webwise VPN services provided by Webwise Labs LLC ("Webwise", "we", "us"). By downloading or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Webwise provides virtual private network (VPN), safe browsing, and threat protection services designed to enhance your online privacy and security.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited activities include:

• Illegal activities under applicable laws
• Abuse, harassment, or harm to others
• Attempting to compromise service infrastructure

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are billed according to the terms of the respective platform.

Subscriptions are managed entirely by Google or Apple, including payment processing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. Webwise does not directly process subscription payments.

Refunds: Any refund requests are subject to the refund policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store. Eligibility, timelines, and approval of refunds are determined solely by the platform from which the subscription was purchased.

Cancellations of subscriptions may also be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective app store provider.

4. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded the application from the Apple App Store, the following terms apply:

• Acknowledgement: These Terms are concluded between you and Webwise Labs LLC only, and not with Apple Inc. Webwise Labs LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the application and its content.
• Scope of License: You are granted a non-transferable license to use the application on any Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the usage rules set forth in Apple’s App Store Terms and Conditions. The application may also be accessed by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
• Maintenance and Support: Webwise Labs LLC is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the application. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
• Warranty: Webwise Labs LLC is responsible for any warranties applicable to the application, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the application to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price if applicable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation.
• Product Claims: Webwise Labs LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application or your use of it, including product liability, legal compliance, and consumer protection claims.
• Intellectual Property: In the event of any third-party claim that the application infringes intellectual property rights, Webwise Labs LLC will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claims.
• Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Third-Party Terms: You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms when using the application, including your wireless data service agreement.
• Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

5. No-Logs Policy

Webwise operates a strict no-logs policy. We do not collect or store browsing activity, VPN traffic, or DNS queries.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Webwise is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
