Webwise Safe Browsing helps protect you from scams and unsafe websites by checking links before they open. If a link looks risky, Webwise blocks it instantly so you can browse with confidence.

No URL logs are stored.

We don’t keep a history of the links you scan. We only track anonymous totals like how many unsafe links were blocked.

How it works

When Safe Browsing is enabled, Webwise checks the URL you click using our threat detection engine. If the link is safe, it opens in your preferred browser. If it’s unsafe, Webwise blocks it and shows a warning.

What permissions does it need on my phone?

Nothing private. Webwise only takes browser permission so it can capture the URL when you click from any app, run threat analysis, and then open it in your preferred browser.
